Sponsor packages · 2026
Your partnership makes a difference.
Chad's Towing puts this show on every year. Sponsors are what make it bigger than the year before — three packages, one banner wall, 5,000 people walking past it. Tap a package to hang your banner.

Ask about tax deductibility before you claim anything — it depends on how your gift is written up.

Questions
Before you pick up the phone
When exactly do the fireworks start?
Friday, August 28, at dark — usually a little after 8:15 p.m. There's no hard start time, because you can't out-argue the sunset. Come early, eat something, find a spot on the grass.
What does it cost to get in?
Nothing on Friday. That's the whole point of the sponsorships: the show stays free for families who might not spring for tickets. Saturday's concert is ticketed — every sponsor package includes seats.
What do I actually get for the money?
All three packages put a banner at the show and comp tickets in your hand for Saturday's concert — 20 for Gold, 16 for Silver, 12 for Bronze. Gold and Silver also put your logo on every print ad. Gold adds your name to the radio spots, upfront VIP seating with a cooler of drinks, and top billing across event promotions, social posts and press releases.
When do you need my logo?
As early as you can get it to us. Print ads and banners go to the printer weeks ahead of the show, and a logo that lands after the ad deadline misses that piece of the package. You'll get this year's exact cutoff when we follow up.
What kind of logo file do you need?
Vector if you have it (AI, EPS, SVG). Otherwise a PNG or JPG at least 2000 pixels wide. A logo grabbed off a website is usually 400 pixels and turns to mush at banner size. If all you've got is a screenshot, send it anyway and we'll tell you straight whether it'll hold up.
Is my sponsorship tax deductible?
For most businesses this is a straightforward advertising expense — a banner and radio mentions are advertising, same as a billboard. Ask for the tax paperwork when we follow up and run it past your accountant before you claim anything.
Can I sponsor again next year automatically?
Yes. Say so in the notes and you get first refusal on the same package next spring, before it opens to anybody else. Banners hold up for several seasons, so a renewal is usually cheaper than the first year.
Who puts on the firework show?
